Upon entering the cabin, you will realize every area has been professionally decorated – from the two stone hearth wood burning fireplaces, designer leather furniture, high-end retro kitchen, and luxurious bedroom suites, each space offers amazing amenities more beautiful than the next! The open floorplan begins with a cozy living and an amazing fireplace with complimentary firewood provided. The fireplace can also be enjoyed from the dining area which seats 10 at the custom barnwood table and 4 at the live edge kitchen island. The living room, game room, and every bedroom have a flat-screen TV with Fubo TV provided along with blazing fast 100mbps Starlnk internet connections throughout the property.

In the kitchen, the retro Big Chill appliances and amazing cookware make every meal prep a pleasure. The coffee bar is unmatched with a SMEG espresso machine and bean grinder, SMEG drip coffee maker, SMEG kettle, and French press. Not an item was missed when appointing this kitchen, making meal prep a breeze.

All bedrooms have luxury mattresses, quality pillows, and cotton sheets that provide an amazing night's sleep after a long day of hiking or other adventures partook in Hocking Hills.

The large main floor king bedroom offers the utmost in luxury starting with custom log and barnwood furniture. Appointed with a 55" Roku TV, locally acquired artwork, and wireless phone chargers, the space is cozy and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom has a clawfoot soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

The three additional bedrooms boast custom log and barwood furniture, flatscreen Roku TVs, and wireless chargers for your mobile devices. The loft boasts luxurious custom barnwood twin XL over queen bunk beds with wireless chargers available for all as well as a custom log dog bed.

Two additional full bathrooms on the upper and lower levels provide a tub/shower combo and custom vanities with copper vessel sinks. A half bath on the main level with a live edge vanity and vessel sink is also available.

GAME ROOM:

The game room is the perfect place to unwind after an adventure-filled day at the parks. Designed as an area where everyone can gather, the space has a pool table, retro barrel arcade game with 60 classic games, poker set, Ringo, an Infinity game table with electronic versions of classic board games like Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Connect Four, and more! There is plenty of seating at the whiskey barrel tables, leather couches, and chairs. A 75" flatscreen Roku TV and a vinyl record player stereo with Bluetooth connectivity including assorted albums to complete the space.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

You’ll love spending time on the two-story deck, whether it be soaking in the large hot tub, cooking dinner on the RecTeq pellet grill (pellets provided) or 36" Blackstone, lounging on the Charleston bed or just sitting down, relaxing and recapping the days adventures on the outdoor couch and propane firepit with your family and friends. Amazing outdoor activities await on the lower level deck including cornhole, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga, or just relaxing in the comfortable chairs.

Come evening, head out to the picturesque firepit (firewood provided) with plenty of seating for everyone and stargaze. Adjacent to the firepit, enjoy some snacks at the picnic table or relax in the hammock dreaming about tomorrow's adventures.

PARKING:
- Driveway, 6 vehicles next to the cabin, additional parking at bottom of driveway in the grassy area.

The driveway is steep, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended though not necessary when the weather is nice. The property may be difficult to access in the winter if there is snow - we make every effort to have the driveway cleared, however, there is a chance you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up about 100 yards.

While the StarLink internet service is incredible for remote areas, please note that storms may cause intermittent connectivity issues.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the cabin or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $5,000. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.

Three security cameras are in place on the property, one facing the driveway one at the lower level main entrance, and one at the main level front door. The cameras actively record video for your protection and safety.

All reservations require the signing of a rental agreement and uploading of a photo ID within 48 hours of the booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
